The details of this beer unfold in a dusty locale, south of the tropic of capricorn. I was on a walkabout with a southern clan of aboriginals. Tall grasses. Dry breeze. The occasional reptile at foot. I came across a rare galaxy hop plant growing in the middle of a desolate plain. The tribe Shaman exclaimed how miraculous a sight! This must not go to waste! Upon returning to the village, a concoction was created of the found hops wiht grains and shrubs from far away lands. I drank for weeks and weeks on the dirt-floored abode belonging to the village midwife until no longer did remember my name or where I came from. And that is how I became a Dual Citizen.

Our seasonal collaboration with Noble ale works is brewed with Weyermann Premium pilsner malt, dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Galaxy, and finished with lots of fresh Yuzu and Buddha’s hand zest. Light gold in color and crisp in body, it presents a bright and distinct citrus character. This IPA is sure to deliver.
