Titletown Brewing Company - Wild At Tart: Blueberry Lemon
Style: Kettle Sour
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 34.0

Our fruited kettle sour series, featuring an ever rotating blend of fruit. We take locally malted wheat, pilsner and Munich malt, hop it with comet and aurora hops, and kettle sour this beer with lacto brevis before fermenting it with a German ale yeast. Finally, we let the beer referment on over 2000 pounds of blueberries and 10 pounds of dehydrated lemon. The result is a light and refreshing beer, balanced between tartness and sweetness, ripe blueberry aroma and a kiss of lemon.
