Why “Doppelgänger”? The Trumer Brewery in Berkeley mirrors its sister Brewery in Austria, but it is free to brew traditional and unique beers like this one.
Doppelgänger is a lager brewed with more hops than a classic pilsner. Our version uses American hops (Citra and Mosaic) for a floral aroma and maintains the clean, crisp finish of a German Lager.
