Waterman's Brewing - Summer’s Rest
Style: Fruit Beer
ABV: 5.70% IBU: 20.0

Summer’s Rest pairs the bright herbal and fruity characteristics of French Saison yeast on top of a slightly sweet malt foundation with strawberry and mango that spent two weeks in the tank. The name refers to both what you should be doing while drinking this fruity treat as well as the namesake road and trail with a beautiful view just across the street from our pub.
