	Watts Brewing Co. - Apian IPA IV Style: American IPA ABV: 6.00% IBU: 70.0 Our rotating line of IPAs is all about hops. Each release showcases a different blend of hops over a crisp, dry bed of pale malt. This time we use Waimea and Ekuanot hops for a big citrus flavor, led by orange with hits of grapefruit and lemon.

	Watts Brewing Co. - Blackjacket Style: Schwarzbier ABV: 4.50% IBU: 25.0 This take on an old-school German schwarzbier pairs Kölsch yeast with debittered dark malts. Though dark in color, it is still light on the palate, with hints of coffee, oreo cookies, and champagne.

	Watts Brewing Co. - Pollen Bubbles Style: American IPA ABV: 6.30% IBU: 50.0 In 2020, researchers showed that bubbles can be used to pollinate flowers. In beer, bubbles also carry hop aromas to your senses! Pollen Bubbles is packed with both bubbles and Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Ekuanot hops. We also used a cutting-edge “thiolized” yeast to amplify the tropical fruit character of the hops.

	Watts Brewing Co. - The Leafcutter Style: Kolsch ABV: 5.10% IBU: 35.0 A pale, crisp ale inspired by the ales of Koln, Germany. We took the crisp precision of this classic German style and adapted it to the American palate with PNW hops, producing a beer of surprising depth and nuance for such a refreshing style.
