For this 5th collaborative batch of IPA we we added Thiol producing Phantasm powder and hopped it up with Salvo Trident, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic. Brewed with Tennessee 2 row pilsen for a soft bready and biscuit malt character. Fermented with a Thiolizing yeast strain 6.8% abv Impressions of Guava - Pineapple - Mango - Grapefruit - Fresh Dank Herbs

Hopped with Kohia Nelson, El Dorado, and HBC 1019 hops, giving notes of passionfruit, pineapple, honeydew melon, and tropical fruit, and cleansing your taste buds with pleasant bitterness. An authentic example of a Bavarian Hefeweizen. “Hefe” means cloudy or yeasty and “weizen” means wheat. This beer is made with mostly wheat and uses a true Hefeweizen yeast that gives it a fruity, banana aroma with just a hint of cloves. The tart finish makes this the perfect summer beer. Food pairings: Almost anything goes well with Hefeweizen but it especially shines when paired with salads and omelets. OG: 12.0 Plato FG: 2.3 Plato IBUs: 13 SRM: 3 5.0% abv

	Yazoo Brewing Company - Hopry Hazy IPA Style: Hazy IPA ABV: 5.90% This soft, juicy IPA is brewed with pale malt, flaked wheat, oats, and barley along with Citra, Galaxy, Amarillo, and Bravo hops. Dry-hopping twoce during active fermentation transforms the essential hop characteristics into a creamy, juicy mouthfeel with big hop flavor, but minimal bitterness.

	Yazoo Brewing Company - Locale Style: American Light Lager ABV: 3.60% IBU: 25.0 Low calorie and low carb, this pale ale is fermented with a single local Nashville harvested yeast strain. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, flaked wheat and rye. Hopped with earthy Saaz and delicate additions of Citra. 3.8% abv, 90 calories and 4 grams of carbs calculated.
