	Aloha Beer Co. - Carport Style: Pale Ale ABV: 6.00% IBU: 38.0 Two-Row, Crystal 40, wheat and dextrin are a traditional malt bill for an American Pale Ale. Carport is accented with CTZ, Cascade and Centennial hops and picks up with nuance and depth from a British Whitbread yeast.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Cyclhops Style: Double IPA ABV: 8.40% IBU: 80.0 Big, boozy and whiskey-colored, this single-hopped monster features Ekuanot hops from bittering through dry hopping. Notes of tropical fruit, citrus and melon are balanced by a sweet spiciness derived from the addition of honey and rye malts.

Smooth caramel notes, touch of roastiness, balanced by East Kent Goldings hops that lend an earthy spiciness to the finish. First brewed in 1996.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Froot Lupes Style: Double IPA ABV: 7.80% IBU: 40.0 We raided our stash of hops seeking those with the fruitiest lupulin glands-lupes, and set out to build a big juicy IPA with restrained bitterness, and a pronounced tropical fruitiness in the flavor and aroma. This one is deceptively strong for how easy it goes down.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Gigantic Aloha Style: Belgian Tripel ABV: 8.70% IBU: 26.0 Brewed with our friends from Portland's Gigantic Brewing Co., this Belgian Tripel style is pale, dry, and deceptively strong. A classic Belgian yeast contributes spicy, fruity notes, and a liberal addition of ohio lehua honey to the boil lends nuance, dryness, and higher alcohol level to the beer.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Hop Lei IPA Style: American IPA ABV: 6.75% IBU: 70.0 West Coast style IPA. Two-row, wheat and light Crystal 15 malt makes for an IPA that is pale in color while CTZ, Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo hops offer up the hoppy bitterness expected of the style. Big Citra dry hop makes for an unmistakable citrus quality on the nose.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Makai Pier Style: Gose ABV: 4.50% IBU: 14.0 Pronounced go-suh, our version of this unique, refreshing German ale highlights the traditional flavor components of saltiness, tartness and coriander. The saline quality of the beer comes from the addition of ocean water into the brew kettle during the boil. We gathered the water for this batch at Makai pier in Waimanalo Bay.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Queen Street Bitter Style: English Bitter ABV: 5.25% IBU: 30.0 A classic version of the British inspired ale that was one of the first styles to really take hold in the American craft beer scene. Toffee notes and maltiness with balancing hops. Two-row, Crystal 60, malt and flaked barley with CTZ, cascade and a big Mount Hood hop finish which gives an earthy spice.

	Aloha Beer Co. - Red Zeppelin Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.75% IBU: 62.0 A more traditional IPA which gets its red color and heavy caramel notes from two-row, dark crystal, light crystal, flaked barley and black prinz (debittered dark) malts. Prominent Centennial ans Cascade hops offer bitterness and grapefruit tones with floral notes.

Style: Berliner Weissbier
ABV: 3.80% IBU: 7.0

Our take on the classic Berliner Weisse style is fermented with a clean German Ale yeast and a lactobacillus culture which contributes its pronounced sour character. Pale, unfiltered, tart, and effervescent with a clean bready finish, this beer is incredibly sessionable and refreshing. Drink it plain, or do what the Berliners do and add a shot of flavored syrup. We're featuring a syrup made in house using local tangelos.
