Pronounced go-suh, our version of this unique, refreshing German ale highlights the traditional flavor components of saltiness, tartness and coriander. The saline quality of the beer comes from the addition of ocean water into the brew kettle during the boil. We gathered the water for this batch at Makai pier in Waimanalo Bay.
