	Big Island Brewhaus - Coconut Creme Ale Style: Cream Ale ABV: 4.00% IBU: 18.0 This is a classic cream ale served on Nitro with a twist. We've added hand-toasted coconut to make this a rich, refreshing, creamy-coconut session beer! Great with spicy food! Lactose sugar is added to this beer for an added creaminess.

	Big Island Brewhaus - Dark Sabbath Style: Belgian Strong Dark ABV: 9.50% IBU: 35.0 Dark Sabbath is robust and complex. Belgian yeast imparts plum, fig and cherry flavors that mingle with a wide range of malt flavors and a touch of spicy hops for balance. Traditionally served in special goblets, this Belgian style is a perfect accompaniment for a slow Sunday Sabbath afternoon.

This dark amber wheat beer is brewed with 6 different malts including 2-row barley, malted wheat, Munich-style malt, crystal, black, and chocolate malt to create a smooth robust malt character with whispers of chocolate. Big Island Brewhaus - Golden Sabbath
Style: Belgian Strong Pale Ale
ABV: 8.50% IBU: 30.0

This Belgian-Style Strong Golden Ale is brewed with barley, Hawaiian honey and special Belgian yeast that imparts a wondrous range of flavors like plum, apricot and chardonnay. Traditionally served in special goblets, this style of beer can turn an ordinary lunch into an extraordinary event and a slow Sunday afternoon into a special golden Sabbath. A multiple award winner, Golden Sabbath most recently brought home a 2014 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal for Belgian Style Strong Specialty Ale and a 2014 World Beer Cup Bronze Award for Other Belgian Style Ale.

Our Bohemian Pilsner has a forward hop character with a nice dose of malt flavor. This style originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic in the 1840’s. Ours is named after a dear friend, supporter, and avid lover of Tom’s beers. He lived his life with aloha and we hope to honor him and you with this beer. Big Island Brewhaus - Holy Humulus
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 45.0

Humulus Lupulus is the scientific name for the hop plant. The "wolf vine" is celebrated in this beer by using 100% whole cone flower American hops. A special blend of American hop flowers impart luscious, fresh resiny flavors found only in whole flower cone hops earned this beer a Silver Medal at the 2014 US Open Beer Championships. With reverence, gratitude and anticipation we say, Holy Humulus!

Not overly bitter, it has hop flavor throughout with hints of tropical fruit, pine and wildflowers. It's rich, silky body provides a hefty backbone for the huge hop additions.

Our Irish-Style Dry Stout is named for Jamaica's 'all's good' feeling and Ireland's favorite beer style. This is a subtly rich, black ale with a medium-light body that is blended with a cold press extraction of Kona Coffee & Tea's, Big Island grown & roasted coffee giving it smooth coffee aroma and flavor from beginning to end. Served through a nitrogen faucet that creates a thick long lasting head. Coffee, it's not just for breakfast anymore

	Big Island Brewhaus - Jabba Da Gose Style: Gose ABV: 5.00% IBU: 18.0 Our first sour beer 'Jabba da Gose' is named for the Big Island-grown jaboticaba fruit that was added during fermentation with a distinct nod to the notable Star Wars character. This session-worthy rosy brew, colored by the skin of the jaboticaba, is refreshing and tart with aromas that hint of plums and cabernet grapes.

Big Island Brewhaus - Mele Maibock
Style: Bock
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 30.0

Traditionally Maibocks are a spring seasonal released in May. Ours, named for music and merriment, is a strong, golden-amber lager with rich, smooth maltiness blending nicely with light hop flavors. A slight warming finish ends with a tasty, malty goodness. 2015 Gold Medal and 2014 Bronze Medal winner in the Bock/Maibock category at the U.S. Open Beer Championships.

Our sun will be a Red Giant in 5 billion years, this hoppy red ale is a Red Giant now. Brewed with a rich blend of light and dark caramel malts and a full dose of American hops, it finishes with dry hop and toffee flavors. A multiple award winner, Red Giant most recently won a Gold Medal in the American Style Amber/Red Ale category at the 2014 U.S. Open Beer Championships.

Big Island Brewhaus - Red Sea of Cacao
Style: Double Red Ale

This Imperial Red Ale was first brewed as a collaboration with our friend Jim Mills of Caldera Brewing Company in Ashland, Oregon. Red Sea combines barley, hops, molasses, chocolate, pink sea salt and pink peppercorns into an elixir reminiscent of salted carmel chocolate bar with a touch of fruity spice. Really quite amazing!

	Big Island Brewhaus - Starshine Ginger Bier Style: Ginger Beer ABV: 4.50% IBU: 25.0 This light amber ale is brewed with rich German Munich malt, Cascade & Hallertauer hops. Spiced with Big Island grown Ginger Root that adds a wonderful spice and flavor making this ale incredibly refreshing with big balanced flavors. An excellent beer with spicy food!
