Humulus Lupulus is the scientific name for the hop plant. The "wolf vine" is celebrated in this beer by using 100% whole cone flower American hops. A special blend of American hop flowers impart luscious, fresh resiny flavors found only in whole flower cone hops earned this beer a Silver Medal at the 2014 US Open Beer Championships.
