A complex beer that packs a hop wallop. While it's very high in IBU's it's also very balanced with a rich market complexity, but it's not overly sweet. There are seven varieties of hops in this beer which adds to the complexity. It is dry hoped with caliente hops which give it a peach and lemon flavor and aroma.
