	New Image Brewing - Dyad - Red Beet and Lime Style: Kombucha Style Ale ABV: 7.50% We love the funky and refreshing flavors found in kombucha, and seek to combine them with their counterpoints in sour style ales. We created Dyad by taking the parts of kombucha that we loved (green tea, funky flavors, champagne-like dryness) and paired that with the hop and yeast characteristics of a sour ale!
