New Image Brewing - Pint Cake: Triple Berry Crumble

We started with a simple sour base beer, with some nutty grains and caramelized sugars to build that pie crust character. Then we added heaping quantities of blackberry, raspberry and blueberry to the tank to layer in all that sweet and tart berry flavor that builds the pie filling. Finally, we touched the beer up with almond and cinnamon, to give it that final touch of fresh baked pie aroma.
