Boulder Brett is an IPA fermented 100% with a six-strain-blend of Brettanomyces. The Brett creates intense pineapple and strawberry characteristics along with mild barnyard funk (expect funk, not sour). Massive late-kettle hopping and dry hopping with German Hüll Melon add notes of honeydew.
