Bad Guy with an Agenda is an American IPA designed to showcase experimental hop 07270 from Hopsteiner. The hop is so new it doesn't even have a name yet. 07270 imparts a resiny pine flavor and aroma complimented by strong citrus characteristics reminiscent of mandarin orange, Chinook, Mosaic, and Equinox add complementary flavors of pine and tropical fruit. The malt bill is extremely simple, inteded to showcase the hops.

A base of Simpson Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, and flaked oats pair with an apricot-forward ale yeast to create an IPA with a supremely silky texture and an aromatic medley of bright fruits. Hoperella is an IPA brewed to celebrate our third anniversary. The hops, malt, and yeast that are used in the beer are carefully chosen to create flavors of orange. Galaxy, El Dorado, Centennila, and Mandarina Bavaria contribue huge fruity, orangey aromatics and flavors. The yeast strain used leaves some residual sweetness and haze that both add to the perception of the juiciness.

Humulus Kalecumber features a traditional berliner weisse grain bill and souring regime, but that is where the similarity to that classic style ends. A mixture of juice from kale, cucumber, and mint is added to the whirlpool and the beer is fermented with brettanomyces. The result is a complex but highly drinkable salad sipper.

Papa Silenus is a man wise enough to advise the Greek wine god Dionysos. Sadly Dionysos never listened, sticking exclusively to wine. Papa Silenus knew better, and eventually embraced beer as well as wine. He is a double IPA blending enormous hop flavor and aroma with prominent hop bitterness, flavor, and aroma. April 2015 Party Ron is an american wheat ale hopped with lemondrop. Lemondrop is a new american hop variety that gives off characteristics of lemon (no surprise there), mint and slight melon. For this edition of party ron, we kept the bitterness virtually nonexistent at 5 ibu, but used massive dry hopping to create enormous hop flavor and aroma. The hopping blends with delicate malt flavor from the wheat to create a refreshingly sessionable beer. Let's party! Wooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

Style: Sour
ABV: 6.50%

Super sneak is a unique combination of styles. First, the beer is soured in the kettle until the target PH is reached, at which point it is boiled to kill the lacto. It is massively hopped at the end of the boil (some people call this hop-bursting) with hop varieties that have huge tropical character. The hop-bursting is accentuated by a massive dose of dry hops and the byproducts of a fermentation with multiple strains of brettanomyces.

	Odd13 Brewing - Vincent Van Couch Style: Sour ABV: 4.60% Vincent is a moderately sour beer with a grain bill and souring regime similar to a traditional Berliner Weisse. It features floral and citrus notes from significant late hopping and dry hopping. Brett funk blends with the hops and acidity to create a truly unique beer.
