Hoperella is an IPA brewed to celebrate our third anniversary. The hops, malt, and yeast that are used in the beer are carefully chosen to create flavors of orange. Galaxy, El Dorado, Centennila, and Mandarina Bavaria contribue huge fruity, orangey aromatics and flavors. The yeast strain used leaves some residual sweetness and haze that both add to the perception of the juiciness.
