This dessert berliner was first aged on vanilla and graham cracker and then stuffed with strawberry and rhubarb puree making a deliciously sweet and slightly tart treat.

After adding Mosaic hops in the whirlpool and generously dry-hopping with HBC 630 for its stone-fruit hop character, we let this beer age on top of dairy-free soft-serve ice cream and then loaded with fresh peach puree. The result is a thick creamy IPA with sweet peach and vanilla flavors that lay atop light stone-fruit and tropical hop notes.

New Orleans and glitter - they just stick with you forever. And like our new hazy IPA, you'll only want more. Streets Paved with Glitter uses a combination of oats, wheat, and malts that bring forth a fluffy mouthfeel followed by sweet subtle notes of pineapple, berries, and citrus pulled from Citra, Mosaic, and EXP 09326 (experimental) hops. Every year we dress up and pave the streets with spirit and glitter. Now, there's a beer for it.

Combined with the satisfying juiciness of the fruit, the soft mouthfeel and dry finish come from the sea salt and coriander that is traditional to the gose style.
