The addition of Watermelon and Kiwi in our gose base makes the not-so-chilly New Orleans “fall” weather a little more bearable. Combined with the satisfying juiciness of the fruit, the soft mouthfeel and dry finish come from the sea salt and coriander that is traditional to the gose style.
