	Railhouse Brewery - Ek Red Style: Red Ale ABV: 6.60% IBU: 34.0 Bold Red colored ale, with a strong toasted caramel aroma. Flavors of caramel from the malts come through but are not overly sweet and are balanced perfectly from the Cascade & CTZ hop additions. Suggested Food Pairings: Grilled, smoked, or roasted meats. Vanilla and graham cracker desserts. Hearty, classic thanksgiving style meals.

	Railhouse Brewery - FCA Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.50% IBU: 73.0 This malt forward IPA opens with a light floral aroma, followed by sweet, caramel and biscuit overtones. Finishing with resinous tropical fruit esters, the bitterness does not linger long.

Railhouse Brewery - Ka-Bar Brown Ale
Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 29.0

A Gold Medal winner at the 2013 Craft Beer Awards International Competition! Made with traditional brewer’s malt, a touch of crystal, chocolate malts, as well as Mt. Hood and Cascade hops, this English Style Brown Ale has a slight nutty undertone and a mild bite at the end. Brewed in the town of Aberdeen in North Carolina's sand hills.

Railhouse Brewery - Madame Cerise
Style: Sour
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 7.0

Madame Cerise is a saucy tart of a pastry sour. She's got a bit of a tart bite, balanced by a creamy mouthfeel from the lactose sugar addition. She pours a vibrant deep red, featuring flavors and aromas of tart baked cherries, spices and Graham cracker crust. Made with real Graham cracker, sweet cherry puree, and aged on vanilla beans, plus a blend of cinnamon and spices to remind you of freshly baked cherry pie.

Railhouse Brewery - Mastiff
Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 33.0

Mastiff Oatmeal Stout is a variation of the sweet stout but has oatmeal added to increase the fullness of body and flavor and to make a more “nutritious” Stout. The result of this mixture is a firm, smooth, silky light body, and a hint of nuttiness in a complex of coffee, chocolate, and roast flavors. Double hopped for bitterness and flavor with US Goldings.

	Railhouse Brewery - Orange Blossom Style: Witbier ABV: 5.00% With the grain bill similar to a Belgian Wit, we add our own twist using an untraditional German Wheat yeast strain. Orange Blossom honey is added pre-fermentation to help add a distinct dryness. An addition of coriander and orange peels during conditioning compliment the base beer resulting in a refreshing spring ale!

	Railhouse Brewery - Pineland Pale Ale Style: American Pale Ale ABV: 5.25% IBU: 12.0 The appearance is a slightly hazy, golden amber color. It is well balanced with traditional and crystal malts. The crystal malts make it fruity and estery, giving it a residual sweetness. It is moderately hopped with twp additions of German Hallertau hops.

	Railhouse Brewery - Winter in the Pines Style: Winter Ale This unique Winter Ale is brewed with local Longleaf pine cones in the boil, with cinnamon and nutmeg added to conditioning. There is a graham cracker aroma on the nose, while the spices remain subtle in taste. A caramel sweetness leads into a dry, slightly bitter finish that keeps you coming back for another sip!
