With the grain bill similar to a Belgian Wit, we add our own twist using an untraditional German Wheat yeast strain. Orange Blossom honey is added pre-fermentation to help add a distinct dryness. An addition of coriander and orange peels during conditioning compliment the base beer resulting in a refreshing spring ale!
