Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.40%

Inspired by the hop fields of New Zealand, this IPA showcases the unmistakable character of Riwaka and Motueka, backed by the bright citrus punch of Citra and the resinous depth of CTZ. Waves of bright citrus, sticky passion fruit gummies, mango nectar and notes of red grapefruit/cannabis crossed resin add complexity. A soft malt backbone supports the vibrant hop character, finishing crisp, clean, and pleasantly bitter.

Roses By The Stairs - I remember my first beer
Style: Gose-Sour
ABV: 4.50% IBU: 8.0

We used 100% Arizona grown malt for our inaugural beer. 60% 2 row and 40% malted white wheat from Sinagua. We then hand zested 125 lbs of ruby red grapefruit from Pinnacle Farms and our friend's back yard in Phoenix and added it to the whirlpool with Sonoran sea salt from Desert Provision in Tucson, foraged pine needles and branches from Sedona and a touch of juniper berries and Indian coriander

	Roses By The Stairs - JOJO Style: Witbier ABV: 6.20% IBU: 30.0 Wit beer brewed with 100% Arizona grain, fermented with the famous Lithuanian Jovaru yeast strain and finished with coriander and orange peel.

Roses By The Stairs - Rosebuds
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.10%

Proud to release this year’s batch of Rose Buds, our dank WC IPA brewed for that special April holiday, and we’re not talking about Easter. We loaded this year’s batch with a beautiful blend of immensely dank and fruity hops. Mosaic, Idaho 7, Columbus & Nectaron give this beer a bright but assertive dank aroma we all know and love, followed by blueberry, peach candy, lemon rind and a clean resinous finish. Come enjoy some pints of this small batch “holiday”brew.
