Style: Gose-Sour
ABV: 4.50% IBU: 8.0

We used 100% Arizona grown malt for our inaugural beer. 60% 2 row and 40% malted white wheat from Sinagua. We then hand zested 125 lbs of ruby red grapefruit from Pinnacle Farms and our friend's back yard in Phoenix and added it to the whirlpool with Sonoran sea salt from Desert Provision in Tucson, foraged pine needles and branches from Sedona and a touch of juniper berries and Indian coriander
