Meet our TOP HOP 2019 beer, "500 Hills" American/Robust Porter. Named in honor of the 500 hop hills at Loup Valley Hops, this porter showcases the versatility of their Cascade that were used. We've added them early in the boil for a clean bitterness and then late for just a touch of hop flavor and aroma to perfectly balance the roast of the malt bill. The Robust Porter features more bitter and roasted malt flavor than a brown porter, but not quite as much as a stout. Robust porters have a roast malt flavor, often reminiscent of cocoa, but no roast barley flavor.

	Scratchtown Brewing Co. - Blanc Pils Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.80% IBU: 26.0 A Pilsner malt backbone is hit with a touch amount of Honey Malt for subtle sweetness. It is then exclusively Whirlpool hopped with German Hallertau Blanc hops for notes of white wine, Honeydew, grapes and lemongrass.

	Scratchtown Brewing Co. - Fly Casual - Dry-Hopped Lager Style: American Lager ABV: 5.80% IBU: 18.0 Pilsner malt and just a touch of GoldPils Vienna make up the crisp malt base. A small addition of clean bittering hops contribute the 18 IBUs. Then, post fermentation, we hit it with a big dose of locally sourced Christensen Hops Triple Pearl hops and Strata hops for aromas of fruit and citrus.

Originally high-gravity stouts brewed for tropical markets (and hence, sometimes known as “Tropical Stouts”). Our version is moderately dry with roasted malt and chocolate character. Named after a great song by one of our favorite bands, Flogging Molly, Tobacco Island is about the capture/deportation of Irish people to the Carribean area to work basically as slaves, during Oliver Cromwell's rule.

Meet Wonder Twins Double IPA. Brewed with GoldPils Vienna as the base malt and hopped exclusively with Mosaic and Citra hops, this DIPA is a heavenly creation for hop heads. An explosion of citrus and a kiss of pine on the nose and palate, this is an imminently drinkable and enjoyable DIPA with the focus on flavor and aroma. You won't believe this beer clocks in at 102 IBUs.
