Pilsner malt and just a touch of GoldPils Vienna make up the crisp malt base. A small addition of clean bittering hops contribute the 18 IBUs. Then, post fermentation, we hit it with a big dose of locally sourced Christensen Hops Triple Pearl hops and Strata hops for aromas of fruit and citrus.
