This no-holds barred DIPA glows with a ton of tropical hop flavor and aroma. The unmistakable dieselly guava of Nelson teams up with the pineapple and grapefruit from Simcoe Cryo. A dash of Citra and a velvety mouthfeel keep it juicy, while a relatively low finishing gravity makes it dangerously drinkable. Four Dollar Toast is a tribute to life's little luxuries. We've amped up our Through the Fog scotch ale to a winter-worthy 7.2% ABV, adding Munich malt and a touch of biscuit malt to enhance its toasty character. Aromatic Ceylon cinnamon and Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans make this beer ideal for holiday dessert pairing or fireside sipping.

This beer is sublime. Our Oktoberfest lager is simultaneously smoothly malty and deliciously hoppy. It hits on all levels. Weyermann’s Barke malts give a refined German malt character with notes of honey, toast, and biscuit. We used Hersbrucker and Saaz hops to get a classic continental hop profile. It’s pleasantly aromatic with herbal, spicy, and floral notes throughout. Oktoberfest is so well balanced and endlessly drinkable

Inspired by your beautifully curated apartment-jungle of houseplants, Plant Parent pale ale is bursting with ripe tropical aromas. Mosaic, Citra, and Riwaka are already pretty fruity, but we've pushed that to the next level with a "thiolized" strain of the classic Chico yeast - amplifying the passionfruit and grapefruit aromas already found in the hops.

Temescal Brewing - Strawberry Fondue
Style: Stout
ABV: 10.00%

This is a rich, decadent dessert of a beer. The chocolate flavor from a complex malt bill is bolstered by cold side additions of cocoa nibs. The strawberry comes through in the finish, blending in with the chocolate and adding some brightness that keeps this beer from being too heavy and cloying. Notes of toffee and coffee from the malt round out the flavor.?

?World Peace Peanut Milk is our second beer from the Pastry Kitchen — a series of decadent beers inspired by classic bay area desserts. ? ?For this course, we've teamed up with State Bird Provisions to pay homage to their legendary peanut milk. This humble dish — a glass of Spanish peanut–infused milk with a hint of muscovado sugar — is an intense joy and comfort at the end of a special meal. It's beautifully simple, yet perfectly crafted into something incredibly rich and vivid. ? ?It's been an absolute honor recreating this dessert in stout form. Our beer has a moderate roastiness and rich peanut flavors balanced by lots of molassesy sweetness reminiscent of muscovado sugar. Lactose gives it a creamy mouthfeel, and a dash of vanilla just barely tickles your nose. It’s smooth, luscious, nutty, and — just like the original — a perfect liquid dessert after a nice meal. ? ?Many thanks to the whole @statebirdprovisions crew for working with us on this delightful beverage!
