100 Spires is a Czech pale lager, brewed at 12º plato in the světlý ležák style. Brewed with hyper soft water, a decoction mash, pilsner malt base + a restrained handful of specialty malts & Czech Saaz hops. It undergoes a long cold fermentation, extended lagering time, and is naturally carbonated in the tank. The resultant lager is brilliantly bright & golden, has a touch of sweet malt character, noble hop aroma, and is designed to be GUZZLED from tankard mugs & poured from our Lukr side pull faucets, for those wet foam feels, friend
