1320 is an experiment in the burgeoning New England-Style of brewing IPAs, incorporating manipulation of brewing water chemistry, extremely late kettle hopping using tropical and fruity hops, and use of non-traditional yeast that accentuates the tropical and fruity hop character. With a chewy mouthfeel, juicy tropical stone fruit throughout, and a clean and slightly dry finish that keeps begging for another sip.
