Style: New England IPA

We’ve been loving the way our hazies have been coming out and wanted to showcase all these new processes into a new single IPA. Our first single IPA that strays more towards our DIPA/Wally water profile treatment. Very soft and juicy. Above Snakes features our silo pils malt, heavy malted white wheat, lots of @grainrandd Blue Beard Durum, and a bit of malted oats. Hopped in the whirlpool with a blend of strata and mosaic. Fermented fairly dry and then loaded up on Cashmere, Nelson, and Citra in the dry hop. Heavy melon and white grape aroma with some perceived sweetness and tropical vibes from the cashmere. A very drinkable IPA at 7.2%!

Style: Double IPA

Introducing our newest Double IPA, ARIZONA LOVEBIRDS! We wanted to bring in some tweaks to this beer from some of our other bigger IPAs both ingredient wise and process wise on our original brewhouse here on 24th Street. Blending Simcoe and Amarillo in the whirlpool giving us a sweet orange and peach aroma, then continuing with that combo through the dry hop with a Strata lot we've been really digging. Pouring a bright orange with flavors of cantalope melon, a touch of sweet strawberry from that Strata, some citrus zest, and a real slight dankness in the background. Some parts of the experience are even reminding us a little bit of a small pour of a sweeter Italian orange wine. More and more complex with each sip!

Our house modern American pale ale gets a big improvement! We finally starting receiving our 2021 hand selected Citra from Yakima Chief. This makes up 100 percent of the dry hop and just completely transformed the aroma of this beer. Such fresh intense classic Citra, very dank and full of ripe tropical notes. Hazy in appearance, but built to be a drinkable, crisp, moderately bitter pale ale showcasing pure Citra hop. 5.6 abv. Moderation and light handed brewing philosophy brought this beer to be the perfect vessel of this special Citra hop. Soft, thirst quenching, tropical, orange marmalade, zippy. A pale ale meant to be enjoyed with others, in elevated amounts. Nothing less and nothing more than the Arizona Star.

A Fresh Hop IPA with the intention of expressing the products of our farmers, growers, and/or suppliers. Brewed with our conservationist friends at the Audubon society. Mashed in with malted barley grown and malted nearby in the Verde Valley by Sinagua Malt, malting barley with Arizona sustainability in mind. Complemented with a bit of ancient Farro grains (a low water crop) grown by Grain R&D down in Queen Creek, AZ. Once we collected this beautiful golden pale Arizona sourced wort, we boiled it and then sent it on top of over 500lbs of premium Colorado grown fresh Cascade and Crystal hops, picked from the vines and in our beer in under 24 hours. These came to us from Billy Goat Hop Farms by way of Montrose CO, these folks are so so kind and grow some INCREDIBLE hops to boot. Rich classic American hop intensity immediately took over the wort. We couldn't remember the last time we had a Smash (Single Malt and Single Hop) IPA, so we decided to revisit it in all its simple glory, while showcasing some incredible lots of Simcoe. Starting off with a base of Pale Ale Malt and hopped almost continually with Simcoe during the boil, this unfined beer pours a deep golden color with aromas of tangerine citrus. Dry hopped heavily with Simcoe T-90 pellets, Simcoe Cryo, and Simcoe Hyperboost, it's packed with flavors of lemonhead candy, bright citrus juice, and blueberry. These specific lots give heavy notes of berry and melon that shine through. An exciting beer with no frills, just a whole lotta Simcoe!

Pouring a hazy gold, Dankworth Krush Hazy Double IPA features the newly released Krush hop (formerly HBC 586) from the renowned Yakima Chief Hops (@yakimachief), and offers an incredibly inviting aroma. The hop's profile is a vibrant medley, immediately bringing to mind the sweet and juicy character of fruit cocktail. Dominant notes of orange and mango mingle with guava and a hint of peach, underscored by a touch of mixed berry and resinous pine. Named after the striking rock formations found in parts of Arizona and Utah, this hazy double IPA captures the spirit of rugged landscapes and timeless adventure. Brewed with a bold trio of Riwaka (in the whirlpool) as well as Simcoe, and Strata in the dry hop stage. It bursts with aromas of ripe mango, citrus zest, and hints of fresh pine. We're also getting this little vibe of sweet-tarts on the finish that has us feeling especially nostalgic. Each sip delivers layers of juicy stone fruit, a resinous backbone, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Balanced while remaining expressive.

A fresh batch of DREAMY DRAW brings fresh changes too! We took a holistic look at this beer and decided to bring it just a bit more balance. Simply by adjusting whirlpool hopping, and timing of dry hop we were able to still bring Galaxy intensity, but in a more approachable format. Very soft and very drinkable and just hits you all over with this new more intense lot Galaxy. Massive tangerine, tropical dank, diesel, passionfruit. Crazy. This newest DREAMY DRAW DDH DIPA was designed with all that in mind. An 8% super pale, hazy DIPA base. Brewed with under modified North American Pils malt, flaked oats, and @grainrandd unmalted Blue Beard Durum. We absolutely saturated it with 2020 Galaxy and that’s it. Could smell this beer all day! Enjoy what Galaxy has to offer.

This Honey Brown Ale was brewed with a base of @sinaguamalt barley together with various roasted malts bringing color and dryness to complement the bready, sweeter flavors introduced by the honey and biscuit malts. Aromas of fresh pumpernickel right out of the toaster, a semi-dry body with flavors of dark honey with some classic roast Wawa coffee towards the end. With the evenings still a little chilly, this beer is tasting phenomenal on our patio in the evenings.

Festbier returns!!! As a reminder, this is not a sweet, malty Märzen (though we love those too and have one coming soon!) this is a session Festbier made for celebrating! We start with a simple yet robust grain bill. Featuring all German heritage floor malted grains, specifically Barke Pilsner, Barke Vienna & Barke Munich malts. Step mashed at various temperatures to achieve our desired mouthfeel and dryness. Naturally acidified in the mash using sour wort. Hopped in the kettle with a moderate bittering addition of Hallertau Mittlefruh, then we give it a touch of Saaz right at the end of the boil. The beer was fermented low and slow with our house German lager yeast for many weeks, naturally carbonated, not fined, but filtered to desired brightness.

Style: English Bitter

The subtlety of small pub ales has increasingly grabbed our interests. In the same vein of our dark mild ale, Pubber, we bring you—Foggy Mountain. A 3.2 percent English-style Bitter (not actually that bitter) ale. A toasty earthy complex caramel experience. Layered deep with roasted malts (none too dark!). House pils malt, crystal 60, honey malt, malted oats, double roasted crystal, and a bit of complex farro wheat from grainrandd. We bring this to a modest starting gravity. High range step mash. Boiled with a blend of noble hops. Knocked out at cool temps and fermented fast with our house English ale strain. A beautifully simple beer. Carbed on the low end to mimic cask ale, but recommend pouring hard to knock out even more co2. Endlessly drinkable & communal. Pub ale for the people!

This once-a-year brew is a celebration of the harvest season, where fresh hops shine in all their vibrant glory! A variation of our beloved Wrenovation, this batch takes everything you love about the original and amplifies it with an explosion of fresh hop flavor. A clean, crisp 2-row malt base allows the fresh hops to take center stage. We went all out, adding 300 pounds each of Cascade and Comet hops, both harvested fresh from @billygoathopfarm . These hops were added generously throughout the hot side of the brewing process, maximizing the time in contact to extract the freshest aromas and flavors possible. Expect bold notes of citrus, pine, and tropical fruit, with a crisp bitterness and a grassy, resinous freshness that can only come from wet-hopped beers. It’s a fleeting experience, capturing the essence of freshly harvested hops at their peak. Enjoy Fresh!!

That familiar Christmas tree smell is back in our taproom, so you know it’s time for Holly Jolly Wally to return! This year with its classic grain bill and a big whirlpool hop charge of Cashmere to hug you like your favorite sweater. Dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and more Cashmere, giving big notes of tropical fruits and mimosas with a little too much OJ in it. Brewed, cellared, and packaged with Christmas music playing in the brewery, like a speaker in a greenhouse. Upon cracking a can you can even hear Charlie Brown jazz.

	Wren House Brewing Company - It's All Music Style: American IPA ABV: 6.50% IT'S ALL MUSIC is an unfiltered, American IPA. This brew turned out delightfully fruity. Big notes of dark berry thanks to Mosaic, along with clementine and lemon notes, the result of a heavy-handed dose of Citra during the dry-hop. An American IPA that drinks nice and easy, kind of like a sessionable pale ale.

	Wren House Brewing Company - Jomax Style: Oatmeal Coffee Stout ABV: 6.90% IBU: 25.0 Oatmeal Stout made with naturally dried Ethiopian coffee beans (locally roasted from Press Coffee) and blended with cold brewed coffee after fermentation. The addition of whole bean coffee brings out a cherry-like fruitiness which is balanced by the robust flavor of the cold brewed coffee.

Lay Low is built with modern West Coast principles in mind while retaining classic elevated bitterness and a nuanced, bright Grapefruit and Pine character thanks to big Kettle and Whirlpool additions from HBC 586, Mosaic, and Centennial. We followed up with a healthy Dry Hop of Strata, Centennial, and Chinook Cryo for an experience that conjures a weekend sitting in the long shadows of Payson Pines. Wally is back and just in time for Valentine's Day! For this one, we started with a classic Wally grain bill including Pilsner base malt, AZ-grown Blue Beard Durum, Malted oats and a touch of malted wheat for added body and head retention. We decided to show a whole lot of love in the hop department. Heavy handed additions of Strata and Mandarina Bavaria were added during the whirlpool followed by Strata, Centennial and Cryopop during dry hopping. For those wondering, Cryopop is a unique hop blend from @yakimachief that increases tropical fruit notes and brings up thiol levels to help enhance the fruitiness of the other hop varieties. Introducing MILD HOGS! So everyone knows we're The Brewery Who Rides. No, not bicycles. Not Harleys. We're talking E-scooters. Nothing quite like cruising downtown streets at a breezy, sensible 10mph and getting to your destination safely. To pay homage to our favorite mode of transport we cooked up a really stunning Double IPA! We went heavy on the flaked grains in this classic, giving it a bigger body to compliment the heavy whirlpool hopping rates and substantial double dry hopping! A really resinous Simcoe followed by Strata and Amarillo create some dank citrus and stone fruit notes throughout this beer with a subtle complementary bitterness. Ride slow, Drink fast.

We’ve been hitting the 17 frequently these days. Yes partly because of our new production facility up north, but also to find the highest elevation saguaro cactus visible from the interstate. 257 represents hope and preservation. A beer for all the little cacti out there. It’s a soft & hop forward hazy DIPA with pils malt, a very generous amount of flaked oats, and some raw blue beard durum wheat (grainrandd). STRATA. It’s a beautiful hop. We paired it up with Amarillo in the whirlpool. Then dry hopped a bit extra with Strata, Idaho 7, and Centennial. Strawberry jam aroma, mai tai, bright tangerine. Really nice hop combo.

For this version special version of Pie Thief we teamed up with Little Miss BBQ to create the ultimate Pecan Pie experience. We smoked 75lbs of Pecans and added them to our Pie Thief recipe with a little extra midnight wheat and a touch of lactose. We then aged this glorious liquid on a very large amount of vanilla beans resulting in the most decadent Pecan Pie Wheatwine you could ever imagine. This is most definitely life

Wren House Brewing Company - Porcupine's Dilemma

We’ve been dreaming up a collab with our friends at Maui for a few years and it’s finally here. We worked together to feature two of our lands best products: Lilikoi and Prickly Pear. Brewed on a wheat-heavy base recipe with swapped ratios of fruit added to each one! Our AZ batch was brewed with 75% Prickly Pear and 25% Lilikoi (passionfruit) with a modest vanilla addition to really round out the tartness. Huge tropical aromas from both the fruit and the Mosaic usage on the hot side, followed by intense prickly pear flavors but a very present passionfruit alongside it. The vanilla tastefully suppresses the sourness of this medium-bodied sour ale. A refreshing treat and an amazing beer brewed with our Maui friends for a great cause!

The beauty of this style is in its simplicity with premier Czech ingredients. Using only Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt which lends a full bodied biscuit aroma and flavor, an extremely soft water source that mimics Pilsen’s famously soft, low ion water, a traditional (perhaps the most traditional) Czech yeast strain that, while new to us, comes sourced from Pilsen’s oldest pale lager brewery, and fine Czech-grown Saaz that imparts its classic peppery, grassy aroma, Prašná Brána gives us our most flavorful, distinct, and drinkable Czech Lager yet.

It’s no secret that we love sessionable beers here at the Wren House. This lil beer is a staff favorite around here. 3% abv dark mild ale that we can just power through multiple pints of after a long day fulfilling all of your orders. Pubber just nails everything we were looking for. Pale chocolate malt, roasted wheat, oats, a variety of caramel malts, & some other subtle roast malts to build some big flavor for a little beer. Threw in a mild amount of good ol’ Saaz hops throughout the brewing process & we ended up with some really nice English dark mild ale that just makes you feel like you’re sitting in an English pub without a care in the world. A bright and light north German style pils meant to be drank liters at a time. Brewed with 100 percent premium pils malts. Step mashed in a way to ensure dryness. Water profile was designed with crispness in mind, a mouthfeel that leaves you wanting to take frequent long pulls. Hopped aggressively with low alpha German varietals; first wort hop with Hallertau Mittlefruh for the majority of its bitterness, then some Tettnanger early in the boil, followed by a big hit of both at the very end of the boil. Fermented cold with our house lager yeast to 5.1 abv.

Hopped exclusively with Galaxy in the whirlpool giving a nice Georgia peach aroma mixed with a little pineapple. We've been wanting to use more Hop Kief from @freestylehops friends ever since our first trial run, and we figured a Wally was the best chance! Wanting to keep the hops on this one from the same part of the globe we dry hopped it with a huge charge of Rakau Hop Kief, Riwaka, and Galaxy. Some slight lime citrus bitterness up front before opening up to tons of sweet tangerine and tropical guava, and a little dank flavor shining in the background.

Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 7.00%

We took our tried and true house hazy IPA recipe and simply, pound for pound, swapped the hops to 100% Galaxy. With much higher oil content compared to its mosaic/Citra counterpart, it ends up with a much more intense hop experience. Pours very hazy with nice dense foam. Aroma is immediately grapefruit, passion fruit, and grape candies. Drinks with a full soft mouthfeel and leaves you fully saturated with Galaxy. Enjoy the ride.

Wren House Brewing Company - Splinkles
Style: Session IPA
ABV: 4.40%

SUMMER BRINGS ZIPPY SESSION IPA. This lil guy is a Centennial and Simcoe hopped 4.4% hazy session IPA, built around the classic idea of loading up a session beer with big hops and big drinkability. We used our standard pils, plus a ton of raw blue beard durum from grainrandd, flaked oats, and malted wheat. Soft water. A little extra charge of hot side whirlpool hops to make that simcoe pop. We then let centennial be the bright fun lemony lime hop that it is in the dry hop. Really nice dankness paired with really nice citrus. All in one nice easy to crush package. Thanks Splinkles.

Wren House Brewing Company - Ticket For Two
Style: Seasonal IPA
ABV: 6.70%

Taking a different approach than our previous @phantasm.nz hoppy beers, we lightened this one up and slightly lowered our dry hopping rates in an effort to let the Phantasm shine a bit more. A touch of Saaz in the whirlpool for it's surprising thiol potential blended with Galaxy and Phantasm for that southern hemisphere one-two punch, bringing huge navel orange notes with a little sweet berry. Despite lower dry hop additions, we're still getting that big orange citrus note throughout with a little pineapple fruit cocktail in this one from our selected Citra lot accented by the Galaxy. You know how you can smell a clementine from across the room the minute it's peeled? It's like that.

Wren House Brewing Company - Woods Canyon
Style: IPA
ABV: 6.50%

We’re stoked about this one! A classic IPA with a new experiment…oak! Brewed with a touch of crystal and Munich malts for color and complexity, alongside frequent kettle additions of Billy Goat Farms Chinook, Crystal, and Cascade throughout the boil. Additional Crystal and Chinook were also added in the dry hop before finishing this beer by resting it all on nearly 100 lbs of bold, French oak chips. We selected this specific oak variety because of its complex fruit and toast qualities. Together, they create a unique aroma of young oak, split vanilla beans, and a restrained citrus pithiness. Flavors of sweet orange, orange blossom, and peach ring candy, with some pine and a balancing grapefruit bitterness along with some orange creamsicle.

Wren House Brewing Company - Wrenovation
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 65.0

There’s just something special about a classic, dry, crisp & slightly bitter west coast IPA. It’s been awhile, but Wrenovation has been heavy on our minds, constantly scheming on how to produce a house west coast ipa that we are proud to stand behind. Built on an American Pilsner malt base, dextrin malt, and just a touch of malted oats and AZ grown Sonora wheat. Hopped aggressively with Amarillo & Simcoe; early, throughout, and late into the boil and throughout the whirlpool. Dry hopped with some piney/dank Simcoe, floral/grapefruit forward Amarillo, and just a touch of orange heavy mandarina Bavaria. This snappy lil 7%-er is bursting with notes of orange zest, pine, and floral pink grapefruit.
