A Fresh Hop IPA with the intention of expressing the products of our farmers, growers, and/or suppliers. Brewed with our conservationist friends at the Audubon society. Mashed in with malted barley grown and malted nearby in the Verde Valley by Sinagua Malt, malting barley with Arizona sustainability in mind. Complemented with a bit of ancient Farro grains (a low water crop) grown by Grain R&D down in Queen Creek, AZ. Once we collected this beautiful golden pale Arizona sourced wort, we boiled it and then sent it on top of over 500lbs of premium Colorado grown fresh Cascade and Crystal hops, picked from the vines and in our beer in under 24 hours. These came to us from Billy Goat Hop Farms by way of Montrose CO, these folks are so so kind and grow some INCREDIBLE hops to boot. Rich classic American hop intensity immediately took over the wort.
