Spoiler alert: We are letting you in on a little secret, Captain Ahab’s demise all began because he had to have “Another Hoppy Ass Beer.”

Starting with a chocolatey, creamy feel when it hits your lips, the Bear Coast coffee kicks in and balances the heavy hops to create notes of bitter dark berries. Coming in at 5.3%, this medium/medium-full bodied Coffee Milk Stout is a new seasonal release from San Clemente, a city without seasons.

This is a citrus bomb that has pine, orange, lemon and grapefruit aromas. With the addition of Mosaic and Nelson hops we achieve tropical fruit and gooseberry flavors.

This light, soft, super aromatic juice bomb is an amazing choice for day drinking while catching some rays. Clocking in at 5.2% abv and 29 ibu’s you can’t go wrong by choosing this delicious beer. We double dry hopped this with Citra, Pacific Jade and Mosaic hops and we used our in house juicy yeast strain. Come one, come all!!

The crews from Craft Coast and Burgeon ventured up Interstate 5 to join us for the collaborative brew day in homage to our great state. We started with some delicious California Pilsner malt, a hint of wheat and oats, and a just enough Munich malt to create the base of this beer. We then loaded it up with Simcoe, Mosaic and Strata on the hot side, and then hit it again with 2 separate dry hops using the same 3 varietals. The end result is tropical, pungent, well balanced all day drinker
