The crews from Craft Coast and Burgeon ventured up Interstate 5 to join us for the collaborative brew day in homage to our great state. We started with some delicious California Pilsner malt, a hint of wheat and oats, and a just enough Munich malt to create the base of this beer. We then loaded it up with Simcoe, Mosaic and Strata on the hot side, and then hit it again with 2 separate dry hops using the same 3 varietals.
