German-style hybrid amber ale. Rich amber malt flavors with assertive bitterness and a dry, clean finish. This beer focuses on deep malt flavors with toasty and nutty flavors and hints of chocolate while maintaining a clean fermentation profile and relatively dry finish. This bridges the gap between ale and lager in terms of fermentation / yeast character. This is on the stronger end of the style, making it a “Sticke Altbier”, which translates to “secret”.
