Brewer’s Kitchen - Brushfire
Style: Imperial Stout

Brushfire is a thick, sweet imperial stout made with the addition of lactose and cacao nibs. The dark malts and extended boil boast notes of light oak smoke, candied dark cherries, and deep-roasted chocolate toffee. It's a sipper and meat to be enjoyed over a long conversation or reading next to a cozy fire as it continues to warm and express its unique complexity.

Brewer’s Kitchen - Cosimo
Style: Stout
ABV: 7.50% IBU: 32.0

Stout brewed with Stone Creek - Ghost Ship coffee and Tahitian & Madagascar vanilla Built like an Italian dessert but dressed in black. Cosimo pours thick and dark, with roasted coffee bitterness cutting through layers of vanilla and a soft sweetness. Ghost Ship beans from Stone Creek drive a deep, smoky espresso backbone, while Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla round it out with smooth, floral warmth. It’s decadent without being soft; a tiramisu stout that remembers its roots in the brewery, not the bakery.

Brewer’s Kitchen - Mañana de Mallorca

Spanish tea IPA. Inspired by the pungent morning air set on the rocky shores of east Mallorca, Mañana de Mallorca is a rich, melon-based, herbal tea IPA using imported tea indigenous to the Spanish island. It's overwhelming tropical aroma is complimented by tasting notes of ripe melon fruit, citrus, and a lightly bitter, herbal finish.

Brewer’s Kitchen - Stave and Stone

Brewer's Kitchen's debut into barrel-aging is a delightfully sweet, barrel-aged coffee stout. Aged in a blend of Elijah Craig and Wild Turkey barrels then infused with Stone Creek's Midnight Static Ethiopian coffee, it leads with a strong dark roast coffee nose, caramelized sugars, vanilla, roasted cocoa, and a tannin that balances the syrupy sweetness. While intense in flavor, it finds harmony in the sum of its parts
