Aged in a blend of Elijah Craig and Wild Turkey barrels then infused with Stone Creek's Midnight Static Ethiopian coffee, it leads with a strong dark roast coffee nose, caramelized sugars, vanilla, roasted cocoa, and a tannin that balances the syrupy sweetness. While intense in flavor, it finds harmony in the sum of its parts
