Grand Teton Brewing - 5 O'clock Shadow
Style: Double Black Lager
ABV: 7.60% IBU: 38.0

We have taken the traditional Schwarzbier, intended to be a “session beer” almost doubled its strength to 7.6% ABV. We brewed our version with a fine balance of crystal and roasted malts and spiced it with noble hops. We fermented it at cold temperatures with a select German lager yeast and cold-conditioned it for over four months to create a velvety smooth, easy drinking springtime brew.

Grand Teton Brewing - Amber Ale
Style: Amber
ABV: 4.80%

Our Amber Ale is a full bodied, American-style amber with a rich copper color which comes from the roasted Amber and Munich malts. We use Cascade and Hallertauer Magnum hops to achieve the unique, fresh flavor and smooth finish that is long and complex on the palate. Originally brewed in 1989, this is our longest standing Signature beer. After all these years it’s still a brewery and regional favorite. A true beer drinker’s delight.

Grand Teton Brewing - American Sour
Style: American Wild Ale

The base beer for the Grand Teton American Sour project is a unique pale wheat ale soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with our house Hefeweizen yeast, which provides fruity (green apple, banana) and spicy (clove, black pepper) flavors. It is conditioned in four oak barrels that have housed Brettanomyces bruxellensis for several years

	Grand Teton Brewing - Bitch Creek Style: Extra Special Bitter ABV: 6.02% IBU: 60.0 Bitch Creek perfectly balances big malt sweetness and robust hop flavor for a full bodied, satisfying mahogany ale. Like the stream for which it is named, our Bitch Creek ESB is full of character... not for the timid.

Grand Teton Brewing - Black Cauldron
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 47.0

Our thick, rich version was brewed with plenty of caramel and roasted malts and subtly spiced with Hallertauer Magnum and Cascade hops. We’ve accentuated the natural smokiness of the brew by adding a small amount of beechwood-smoked malt. This beer boasts flavors of chocolate and coffee, along with raisins and dried fruit soaked in sherry.

Bluebird Pilsner is brewed with the spirit of Teton Valley in mind. This thirst-quenching Pilsner is full-bodied and is as bright as the morning sunshine beaming through the blinds. Its delicate balance of hops lends itself to a snappy finish. Make sure to pair this beer with backpacking trips, long n’ lazy river floats and everything in between.

	Grand Teton Brewing - Brett Loco Style: Sour IPA ABV: 9.50% Our Lost Continent Double IPA completely fermented with Brettanomyces Drei to complement and accentuate the tropical fruit flavors of the hops. This one starts with a wonderfully complex fruitiness and finishes with a pleasant lingering bitterness.

Grand Teton Brewing - Coming Home Holiday Ale

This Belgian-style Quadrupel ale is full-bodied and robust, boldly showcasing flavors of sweet dried fruits delivered on a smooth, velvety palate. Specialty malts and roasted barley give this beer a sweet malty aroma that complements its complex fruitiness. Grand Teton Brewing - Double Vision
Style: Doppelbock
ABV: 8.00% IBU: 40.0

Our Double Vision Doppelbock is brewed with Idaho 2-Row Pale and German Munich, Cara- Aroma, CaraMunich and de-husked Carafa malts to an original gravity of 22˚ Plato. The malts provide a dark leather color with ruby notes, a luxurious tan head, and a bready aroma with a hint of smoke. It is lightly spiced with German Hallertau Tradition hops and fermented with lager yeast from a monastery brewery near Munich. In the traditional manner, Double Vision is fermented cold (48˚F) and lagered a full 12 weeks for smoothness. At 8.0% alcohol by volume, it is a deceptively drinkable springtime warmer.

Grand Teton Brewing - Fest Bier

Our Helles Fest Bier is a modern version offered in honor of the old ways. We brewed it in the spring with 2-Row malted barley, CaraHell and Vienna malts, hopped it with German Tradition, and fermented it at low temperatures with lager yeast from a monastery brewery near Munich. After it conditioned for weeks in our cellar, it was moved to cold storage for further aging until its release in late summer.

Grand Teton Brewing - Gose
Style: Gose
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 9.0

We’ve added Yellowstone Salt, naturally produced and hand-harvested from Salt Creek just outside the National Park. This provides a pleasant saltiness and rounded mouthfeel, while accentuating other flavors in the beer and complementing most accompanying foods. Southern Idaho 2-Row Pale Malt contributes crisp, clean maltiness while German Pale Wheat Malt brings citric acidity and an attractive golden haze.

This beer is the little brother to our gold medal winning Gose released in Summer 2016. We brewed it following traditional German practices and added our own flair: the right amount of natural Yellowstone Mineral Salt and one halfpound of Ruby Red Grapefruit puree per gallon of beer. Our brewers masterfully blended these important ingredients to make Grapefruit Gose the perfect summer beer.

Grand Teton Brewing - Howling Wolf

Howling Wolf Weisse Bier is an unfiltered Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. Brewed with a hearty amount of wheat, this Weissbier pours a light clouded golden color with a generous head. Gently hopped to balance the malt sweetness, Howling Wolf’s flavors and aromas are subtle with a hint of fruit and spice. At 5% alcohol by volume, this light-bodied ale is a refreshing session beer for any time of year.

	Grand Teton Brewing - Lazy Marmot Style: Maibock ABV: 7.80% IBU: 18.0 We used Idaho 2-Row Pale along with German Vienna and CaraHell malts for a clean, slightly sweet flavor, then subtly spiced the brew with German Tradition hops. We fermented with lager yeast from a monastery brewery near Munich and allowed it to ferment and condition for more than three months for a smooth yet crisp character.

Grand Teton Brewing - Pursuit of Hoppiness
Style: American Red Ale

Pursuit of Hoppiness was brewed to showcase the brash beauty of American hops: Summit, Simcoe, Chinook and Nuggets at 100 IBU. It was brewed with Idaho 2-Row malted barley and German specialty malts to provide a rich, slightly caramel flavor and bold reddish color. This is a perfect autumn beer, thick and warming, to be shared and savored on a crisp fall evening.

Grand Teton Brewing - Snarling Badger
Style: Berliner Weissbier

. For the primary fermentation we used a traditional Bavarian hefeweizen yeast that produces soft notes of banana and clove. We followed that with lactobacillus and six months in conditioning to create a complex fruity acidity that compliments the soft sweet malt tones and a unique ale that is both fulfilling and refreshing.

Grand Teton Brewing - Teton Range
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 62.0

The brewers use a variety of Idaho hops including one of their new favorites, Idaho 7. The combination of these unique hops makes Teton Range IPA an amazingly aromatic and flavorful beer. The brewers focus on late hop additions in the kettle to boost aroma and keep bitterness low. Pungent aromas of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, hints of pine, hard candy and citrus rind are prominent.

Wake Up Call Imperial Coffee Porter has a distinct and robust coffee flavor that blends harmoniously with the roasted malts. Caramel, chocolate, and black malts give this ale its dark color and overtones of caramel and a cocoa-like sweetness. Only very gently hopped, the addition of coffee shines through, providing a delicious accent to this brew.
