	Keepsake Cidery - Driftless Semi-Dry Barrel Aged Cider Style: Cider ABV: 6.00% A blend from 2023’s harvest from a single orchard, Hoch Orchards and Gardens, certified organic and barrel-aged. A blend of mostly late season heirloom & bittersweet varietals. Semi dry, very low acid fruit, lots more tannin. Nehou and Dabinett are the two most prominent varietals in the blend.

	Keepsake Cidery - Fest Cider Style: Cider - Dry ABV: 6.90% A bright yet earthy, slightly tannic cider made with wild yeasts and a unique blend of local organic apples.

	Keepsake Cidery - Genuine Draft Style: ABV: 7.00% Keepsake Genuine Draft is a blend of roughly 2/3 mixed dessert (Liberty,Freedom,Haralson) and 1/3 bittersharp ( mostly Porters Perfection and Franklin). Semi-dry frui forward complex crowd pleaser.

	Keepsake Cidery - Summer Draft Style: Cider - Dry ABV: 6.30% Every season the keepsake crew will survey the cellar and see if any blends make sense for a draft. This seasons off dry blend is highlighted by Keepsake, Dabinett, Golden Russet and rounded out with diverse blend of dessert apples.
