A blend from 2023’s harvest from a single orchard, Hoch Orchards and Gardens, certified organic and barrel-aged. A blend of mostly late season heirloom & bittersweet varietals. Semi dry, very low acid fruit, lots more tannin. Nehou and Dabinett are the two most prominent varietals in the blend.
