We received a care package from Indie Hops in Oregon. With help from the Oregon State University’s hop breeding program, they have developed a juicy/ fruity/ danky hop named “X331”. We put it to work on our pilot system as a single hop ale. Orange/ Melon/ Apricot aromas and flavors dominate this one-of-a-kind DPA.
