“Michigan Copper” is a new hop on the market. Leading with a big stone fruit flavor, we produced a single hop pale ale to put it to the test. Dry hopped with 2 lbs + per barrel, this hop is the shining star. A “Lone Wolf” so to speak. Heavy handed with Maris Otter, Vienna, Oats, and Wheat, it is as smooth as it comes. “Fighting, Loving, Killing, there is no-one like McQuade!”
