Collaboration with Ominpollo. We decided to go beyond our comfort zone to craft an immensely complex Imperial Stout that landed at 12.7% abv. Then came a balanced addition of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and subtle hint of green cardamom to accent a liberal dose of cold brewed medium roast Barrington Gold coffee.
